Mersaly operates on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided to our communication and campaign management tools upon upgrade, we generally do not issue refunds for partial months of service or unused credits.
However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, or if you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction at [info@mersaly.app]. We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, may issue a partial or full refund.
